We schedule a physical or virtual meeting to understand your ideas, goals, and project scope.
Designs
We review your designs, concepts, or brandbook. We discuss and refine ideas to ensure they are technically viable and aligned with your brand.
Materials
Together we select fabrics and materials for each design considering quality, drape, concept, final use, cost, and availability.
Tech Packs
We develop preliminary tech packs; here we outline the development without wasting any fabric.
Pattern Making
Digital patterns are drafted. For now, we will only make one size, the one you indicate. We will give you a pre-quote for production. We work with fashion designers specialized in digital pattern making.
Prototypes
We manufacture a physical prototype to evaluate aesthetics, fit, and quality. We define the sizes and make all necessary adjustments before production.
Quoting
You can see the estimated Costs of steps 4, 5, and 6, but only at this point can we calculate the exact total cost of your production. We send you the detailed quote.
Scheduling
Once the final prototypes are approved, your spot in the workshop is reserved with a 60% payment of the production. With all materials ready, we move forward to production.
Production
Production begins! We keep you informed of the progress at all times.
Quality Control
During and after production, we perform piece-by-piece inspections to ensure every garment meets the agreed standards.
Delivery
The finished collection is delivered in Puebla or shipped to your destination with tracking. The production must be 100% paid off.
Feedback & Post-Sale
We collect your opinion and that of your users about the final product. This information allows us to continuously improve. If any garment has a manufacturing defect, it can be returned for repair.
Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
For full manufacturing projects (from scratch), our minimums are 25 garments per style, which can be distributed in up to 5 sizes and up to 3 different colors using the same fabric.
